I couldn't go this year. How was it? Did anyone get any new toys? See new gear? Learn anything new from a class or presentation? I need my fix...give me my fix! Tell me about it.

Hello all, Sat. was the first time I attended the show. My buddy Frank (Darth Lobster) and I decided last min. to go. All these years I have wanted to but never made the time. I was impressed. The first dude I saw there was Jeff (AKA SeaCobra) He was quite busy though. My buddy and I attended a few workshops on how to take a better photo. My question was about editing video clips. I did however, get some very good advise from some serious pro's. We ran into many folks we knew and had a great time. Hung around the ScubaConnection booth for a while and talked to Fiasco and Martini and got a close look at the new myflex(spelling?) hoses very nice as they can literaly be tied into a tight knot and still deliever gas unobstucted. I may have to switch my hoses now. I had arranged to buy another set Lp 95's from another member and picked them up there. And I thought 3 sets of doubles was enough! I did see a very cool stainless reel that just would not spiderweb no mater how you tried. Plus it fit in the hand very comfortably. Very slick and compact too. It did look a bit homemade but was virtually indestuctable too. I am still on the fence about a new reel. I like the Manta cave version as it fits very comfortable in the hand. I also looked at the Halcyon Pathfinders but found that I did not like the handle. For now I guess I will stick with my triied and true OMS primary untill I make a decision. I was a bit upset when I discovered the Tean Scuba race car and the crew decided to cancell last miniute as I was excited to talk to them. I would have to say the main attraction for me was the Two very hot Mermaids at the entrance.

Great shot!!! I was just sending a message to the forum host about the problems loading pics, but you made it work. I also must add that it is the best shot I've seen on the site so far.

That blonde is HOT.

Nice work, and thanks!
