can any one suggest a regulator and octo, im a pretty new diver looking to upgrade nothing to expensive thanks :D

Here is a link to Scuba Diving Magazine's regulator review. From past experience, I can tell you that I have been very very happy with my Mares, as well as my Dive Rite regulators. ScubaPro is also a very proven regulator, and I believe it may have a lifetime warranty.

I have the Scubapro MK25/600 and I am very happy with that. And as Mike stated it comes with a lifetime service and parts guarantee. It's not the cheapest but there are definitely more expensive regs out there. Good luck
