Hey Mike! How are you bud?? Hope all is well with you and yours. It's been a while, I got hurt a while back and have been trying to get healthy again. I haven't done any diving since we did Dutch but Im good enough to dive again now. Again, Hope all is well and a Happy New Year to you.

Jay

Welcome back to the diving scene! I last dove on New Years Eve day at Dutch, and am diving this weekend under the ice in North Jersey (if there is any ice. If not, I'll dive anyway. Its a lake). When you want to get in the water, let me know and we'll hit Dutch a time or two more and then hit a few shallow wrecks or reefs. Nice to hear from you again. I hope you're ok.

I'm much better although I'll always have some issues. Apparently somewhere along the line I herniated a couple of disks and man was it giving me a hard way to go. I've been seeing a doctor now for months and have had a few series of shots. I'm to the point now where I'm jogging a few days a week so again I'll never be 100% but I'll do fine. I asked the doc about diving and he said as long as i always use proper lifting techniques and am careful that diving wont be an issue as you are weightless underwater. I do miss it, although I don't think I will go out just yet..brrrrrr maybe I will we'll see. I'm going to check my gear out this weekend and make sure everything is working properly. Keep me posted.

Jay
