 Post subject: SAC Rate

I was wondering What is a good Sac rate considered to be. I guess what would be AVg or bad just trying to figure out where i fall and if there is improvement which im sure always room. Thanks

Steve, there are a lot of factors involved in a SAC rate, like the activity of the dive, the temp of the water, the diver's experience of the dive. I found that a SAC rate of "1" is good. "0.7" is very good. "0.5" is excellent.
